We kicked off Christmas by going downtown to see a seasonal revival
of "Miracle on 34th Street". At dinner afterward, Boomer
joined us all in sniffling and asking "was that his cane?"

We spent Christmas eve people watching at the mall and had Christmas
dinner out again. We opened a few presents on Christmas morning but
cannot find the pictures to scan them in. Oh well. |

We also used Dave's time off over the holidays to knock off several
household projects. Jesse was a full partner as they finally
installed the replacement kitchen faucet (good-bye drips!), ran a LAN
and phone line from the computer room to the family room (to move out
one PC), and install computer room bookcases.
Each little project had several unexpected curves and each required
undo / redo steps. It was an excellent lesson for Jesse.
