This has always been Dave's favorite picture from this era, and he
had kept a copy of it in a small frame on his desk at work for each
job where he has had an office. We met on Lyn's birthday in December
of 1975 and this picture was taken on Christmas Eve of 1976, after we
were dating one full year. We were goofing around, pretending that
Lyn was a present under the tree when Lyn's mom snapped the candid photo.
