The
Disney annual passes from Jesse's eighth birthday were about to
expire. Obviously, we were going to Disney World.
A couple weeks previously, Disney offered a promotional "Florida
Resident" pass. For the next month, Florida residents could
purchase a special one-day "park hopper" not normally
available. The annual pass let us go to all three parks on any one
day, and the promotional ticket meant we could do the same thing with
his friends on his birthday.
This was the first party for these four, then three musketeers.
Kenny, the oldest participated the next couple years. Andy was a good
freind until he had to move out of the neighborhood. Thomas was with
us for the next five years.
We had a ball, and a lifetime memory. Note the special whistles in
case you wandered off from the group. Jesse started the morning by
barfing in the 7-11 parking lot one mile from our house, but
recovered after a little juice. Lunch was Taco Bell, and we did get
our money's worth on those one day passes. Our annual passes expired
later in the week and this would be our last Disney visit for the
next three years. |
